Who will be doing the work on my project?

Your project is led directly by me from start to finish. I conduct the assessments, map your workflows, design your AI strategy, and handle the core build of your solutions. For simpler technical tasks, I complete the work myself to ensure speed and consistency. When a project requires deeper engineering or more advanced development, I either work with my small, vetted team or partner with a trusted agency that specializes in complex builds. In every case, I remain your single point of accountability. All recommendations, build decisions, and deliverables go through me to ensure clarity, quality, and a smooth experience for your workforce.
